2. Accessing the website

When you access this website, technically necessary connection data may be processed, including your IP address, date and time, requested page, transferred data volume, browser and device information, and referring page. Processing serves the secure and stable provision of the website and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Hosting

The website is provided through a technical hosting platform. The hosting provider processes data required to deliver and protect the website.

4. Contact

When you contact us by email, we process your information to respond to your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The partner form opens your own email application; this website does not store the form entries in its own database.

5. External and affiliate links

When you open an external or affiliate link, you leave our website. The third-party provider processes data under its own privacy information. We may receive a commission for a referred booking without this generally increasing the price paid by you. Affiliate links are clearly identified.

6. Consent management

On your first visit, you can decide whether Google Analytics may be loaded. Your choice is stored only in your browser’s local storage under nordafrika_analytics_consent_v1. This is technically necessary to respect your choice. You can change it at any time using the “Privacy settings” button.

7. Google Analytics

If you expressly consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It helps us understand page views and clicks on external offers, particularly the Viator shop. Data may include page views, interactions, device and browser information, approximate location and derived technical identifiers.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where information is stored on or read from your device, Section 25(1) TDDDG. Without consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded. Advertising storage, personalised advertising and Google Signals are disabled in our implementation.

Processing outside the European Economic Area by Google companies or service providers cannot be ruled out. Google states that it uses applicable safeguards, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See Google’s Privacy Policy. Retention follows the settings of our Analytics property and legal requirements.

8. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time for the future and lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
